Generally, hypnotherapy is a shorter term, solution focused approach. Clients come with specific issues that they wish to resolve as quickly as possible in a positive and secure environment.

I do my utmost to ensure my clients feel completely in control at all times. When you are in control you can relax and experience hypnotherapy as a deeply relaxing and enjoyable process that allows their mind to take in positive suggestions.

Can speed up the healing process.

Hypnotherapy helps us to access parts of the mind that usually remain hidden throughout a client's waking life. By relaxing them so they feel secure, we can begin to explore these places. When a client focuses and gets to this point, it will often speed the healing process up significantly.

You are in control.

Fact: All hypnosis is self hypnosis. You are in control. This means, in all cases, no one can ever be hypnotized unless they want to be. The subject must give permission and give control at all times. Once hypnotized, even to the deepest levels, no one will accept or obey any suggestions or commands that they do no like, want or desire.
