                                              Charge for One on One sessions

First call

Fifteen minute online call. This provides you an opportunity to meet with me and ask initial questions.

Price - Free.

Initial Intake Appointment - 60 - 90 minutes. Counselling. Price - $160.00, plus taxes for Canadian clients. USA clients $160.00 in USD. This appointment is scheduled as an intake appointment creating a foundation for future sessions.

Individual Appointment - One on One online. 45 - 55 minutes. Counselling or Hypnotherapy.                   Price - $150.00, plus taxes. USA clients $150.00 in USD, no additional costs. This is for one appointment only.

Package of three sessions.

Counselling and/or Hypnotherapy Session.   

One on One online. 45 - 55 minutes. Price - $140.00*, per session, plus taxes.

Package 1 - The counselling and hypnotherapy sessions. This combination is what creates the best results.  

Package 2 - Three counselling sessions only. 

Package 3 - Three hypnotherapy sessions only. This is offered after the intake appointment.

* USA clients, each session is $150.00 in USD. There are no additional costs.

Forest Counselling - One on One. 45 - 55 minutes.

Price - $140.00, plus taxes (if part of package deal/three sessions).

Price - $150.00 plus taxes for one session. 

Forest Counselling session is offered once intake appointment is completed. Location for forest counselling is arranged and agreed to prior to appointment. Locations include Hope, Harrison Hot Springs and Chilliwack British Columbia.

Walking Meditation - small group only. 45 - 50 minutes. 

Hope, British Columbia. Once a week this is offered. The walk takes approximately 45-50 minutes. Please have reasonable mobility as the forest floor is uneven. The pace for meditation walks is very slow. Breath work is used as part of the meditation walks. Please contact me for further information sarcounselling@gmail.com
