My intention is to provide a safe and confidential environment whereby you can accomplish meaningful changes to who you are.

Counselling gives time to reflect and reveal any issues that may need to be resolved.

During this process, you may discover what your strengths are, and gain clarity on what is important for you in order to experience personal progress and growth.

My Approach

Welcome to Hope Holistic Healing - let me explain how I can help…

Holistic counselling and hypnotherapy is an effective approach to resolve your life transitions, anxiety, depression, sleep difficulties, and for loss and grief.

The holistic approach includes examining your wellbeing; not just the issues you are wanting to address. As each person is unique, each concern deserves a customized treatment plan with measurable results which is supportive, progressive and inclusive. During our sessions you will be able to reflect and reveal the changes you need to make to release your issues and replace them with supportive behaviours.

Hypnosis can help you make the changes that you desire on a deeper, subconscious level as you have heightened focus and concentration. When you are under hypnosis, you usually feel calm and relaxed, and are more open to suggestions. This allows you to implement and integrate these changes into the life you want to live.

The counselling sessions can take place either online and/or as forest counselling. Hypnotherapy is normally completed online in the comfort of your own home.

I believe if the client/therapist relationship doesn’t work, neither will the therapy. Therefore I offer a free fifteen minute phone consultation to help you determine if I am the right fit for you.
